Unity Hubby Card Challenge!!!

So....After some good old fashioned BRIBERY, my wonderful husband agreed to participate in the Unity Hubby Card Challenge! And I have to say, he did a FANTASTIC job! Can you tell that a guy made this card?? He found things HE liked in my stash to incorporate into his card! What I love about his card...

1- He used Tony Stewart NASCAR paper, something HE loves! :) It should be about fun, right?
2- He used my 1/4" square punch on some white cardstock and created the "checkered flag" panel you see along the top! Wow, huh?!?
3- He used a Pig Tail to pop up the trophy!

4- He found an interesting way to size his papers to cut! He used the bone folder and scored his patterned paper based on its length in comparison to the cardstock base.
5- It was not as dreadful as he had expected. I JUST received an e-mail from him, and he says, AND I QUOTE, "I kinda do wanna make a card with the Duke paper." Duke Blue Devils, OF COURSE. Heehee!

So what do you think? ;) Let's leave Drew some PROPS for his cool card!

Stamps: A Dad of All Kinds, Middle School Madness. Ink: Palette Noir. Paper: Tony Stewart patterned paper (unsure of the source), Basic Black, GP White. Accessories: SU! Orange Marker (Pumpkin Pie, I think...), 1/4" Punch.

I wish my hubby had a drop of creative blood in his body. But he can't pull himself away from his computer games long enough to try! LOL
