Blog Candy Time!

Hello! I promised blog candy, and here it is. I have a studio g set of clear stamps (Series 6), a clear block to go with it, a be. chipboard mini album, and a DCWV vellum Quotes Stack in Rock King. Leave a comment on this post telling me what you did for New Year's Eve and I'll choose a winner by random generator (read: You didn't HAVE to do anything exciting for New Year's Eve!) on Friday!

I also have to share a few quick pictures.... First, here is Cameron. He decided to get a pair of my socks out of the sock drawer this morning, then he took his socks off and put mine on. I was surprised that he actually succeeded at getting the socks on his feet!

And here is a quick picture of Katy attending to one of her FAVORITE pasttimes, sleeping!
Her other favorite pasttime, for those of you who are wondering, is eating. ;)

You have a great blog! On New Years Eve we stayed home where it was safe, had a few snacks and went to bed early. Real party animals, lol.

Normaly we all come together on Newyears Eve. But this year my younger sister had to work (the airport is never closed) and my older sister had to go celebrating with her boyfriend's family. So it was a quiet night, just me and my parents. We had special dinner, watched television, went outside for the fireworks at midnight and at 1h I went to bed.

Your children are adorable, and lucky you that your daughter loves to sleep - I had 3 non-sleepers!
Anyway, NYE we had friends over for drinks and a barbeque, and then we watched all the illegal fireworks being let off in the neighbourhood. It was stinking hot too - wish we had a pool. Hope yours was a good one,
Teresa

You have some cuties there. We just stay at home and usually make it a movie night and watch the New Year come in with Dick Clark. We do go outside and hit pans together and shoot some firecrackers. Thanks for a chance.

What adorable little ones! My husband watched some football, I stamped, and then we both went out for the evening with friends. The minute the chimes rang for the New Year, my husband and I turned into pumpkins and skidoodled home! We had a good time before pumpkin time! :D

Children are adorable! Funny and cute! Well we are old folks around here so New Year's Eve we had a nice dinner and went to bed early but were still awake to hear all the younger neighbors outside at midnight! Quiet but nice!

Love the pictures of the kids! Doesn't Cameron look proud of himself? LOL And I must say I think that little angel of yours has her "sleeping" past time down to a science...she appears to do it very well! LOL
Our new years was relatively quiet, we went over to some friends house and at snacks all night and played board games. That way we could be having a good time, with good friends, and still be with our families. Who can affored sitters these days???? LOL
Here's hoping 2008 brings you blessings galore! :)

Nothing very exciting - stayed home alone, fixed myself a drink, read & watched Pink Martini on PBS - love their music!
Happy New Year!

The pictures are adorable. New Years Eve was pretty boring. My hubby & I started to watch a movie and before we knew it the telephone rang and woke us up. It was my 15 year old niece saying Happy New Year. It was 12:15! We missed the ball drop. Now that's getting old.

Your children are such cuties. We spent New Year's Eve at our beach condo - just me and my DH - a nice quiet, relaxing evening.

we normally go to a late movie but stayed home-I watched hubby snore.

Oh my - those little ones are absolutely beautiful! Our New Years eve was uneventful, but our entire family was together on New Years day to celebrate all of the January birthdays. Almost our entire family has birthdays this month and we are so partied out after the holidays, that we don't enjoy celebrating all of them individually. So we get together for a big family dinner on New Years, exchange presents, and call it good:)

You know I ended up in bed early on new years eve. New years day we had a church service and a nice duck dinner that was delicious.

I did nothing on New Years. I had to stay awake because my dogs get scared with all the noise outside at midnight but around 12:15 the noise stopped and the dogs went to bed and so did I.
